Mark Rutecki & Associates, P.A. represents clients in various forms of Immigration proceedings through the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) including applications for E2 Treaty Trader or Investor Non-Immigrant Visas (Investment of over $100,000 in the U.S. is required – permits residence and work in the US); L1 Immigrant Petitions; Permanent Resident Petitions; Immigrant Petitions for Alien Relatives; and Work Authorization Applications.
Attorney fees for the foregoing applications or petitions are usually in the range of $5,000.00 to $7,000.00. Our clients are responsible for costs and expenses such as filing fees required by the BCIS. Attorney fees are refundable in each case where the petition or application is not approved by the BCIS provided the same is not due to client conduct or inaction on the petition or application.
